Black Fox Meadery, producers of St. Bartholomew's Mead, is going to be established as a boutique meadery producing a high quality premium mead hand-crafted in small batches. We will produce a wide variety of meads to include not only traditional meads using just raw honey, yeast and water but also special blends including melomels and metheglins. For example we recently made a Mango with cracked Black Pepper Mead using Brazilian Pepper Honey.
