Our target market is any collection of residences, offices, rooms, timeshares, etc with a central billing/collections office. Initially we are focusing on collectives of 300 or more units. Profitability is reached with a minimum of 80 units; but any complex can be profitable with an adjusted fee scale. A municipality reaches profitability at 3000 units. The markets growth rate is directly related to population growth and the ability to obtain a mortgage.
With internet service, the demand is for faster speeds by a geometrically growing population of internet users.
