Description:
I have plans to buy and purchase housing suited for college students here in the Tallahassee area of Florida, home to Florida State University. These homes would be purchased in a distressed state and rehabilitated and furnished for use of students or other applicants. This real estate investment venture would also encompass housing for special needs individuals and designed as such for affordable rental or re-purchase. My real estate services are geared towards a specific niche in my community;one consisting of several college aged and senior citizen aged individuals.
