I am currently a self-employed Flooring Contractor, seeking to make the move to real-estate investor. In my location, many homes are either on the market, or up for foreclosure.
The homes that are on the market are great for “flipping”. With over 10 years in the construction industry, I feel I would be a great asset to the real-estate community in my area. Being able to coordinate contractors, and design a desirable home for prospective buyers in turn, raising the property value of the home and the homes around it.
Many of the homes that are up for Foreclosure are being offered for far less (50% on average) than full market value, giving the option of quick resale for decent profit, or flip for a better profit.
