We're a small group of private investors in Denmark that have found an investment opportunity in Mexico in the hospitality/real estate industry in a new area of significant growth over the next 5-7 years. The initial investment is 13 million USD. We can invest 1 million, and need help for the rest. The businessplan has been made and shows a recoup of the initial investment in 2 years after which the shareholders will own a property worth around 8 million USD, without debt. This is even without increase in property value in those 2 years.
