We have continued to grow our intellectual property over the past 5 years including a patents pending and multiple trademarks for our feature product that has already gone to market. That feature product has already obtained over 1500 customers and has been generating steady B2B revenue for 3 years.
We are looking for Angel Investors with relationships in Software / Internet Marketing / Search Engine Optimization fields to both fund and grow our business, through the build up of a professional sales team.
Our feature product can be scaled very easily with minimal capital investment (this has already been proven over 2 years now). Our primary focus is the establishment of a few large clients and the build-up of our sales team.
The executive team holds M.S. degrees in multiple areas, is entirely comprised of Ivy League graduates, holds over 30 years of experience, and is well versed in almost all areas of business, including operations, technology, finance, legal (patent/trademark, entity structuring, and agreements), marketing, and sales. The featured product is a target for acquisition for a mid to large Search Engine company. Additionally, the team is very mobile, and can be situated in any geographic location as necessary.
