COMPANY HISTORY
The Montessori Nursery we are currently seeking to purchase was registered in 2009 and operating from a purposely built building in North London. The nursery is registered to provide 70 places for children on the Early Years Register and is open 7am until 7pm Monday to Friday, 51 weeks a year.
The Nursery currently supports a number of children with special educational needs, disabilities and children who speak English as a second language through an enthusiastic and nurturing experience for nursery school children aged 3 months to 5 years. The competition is minimal in the area with only two Nurseries close-by and it is the only Montessori Nursery school in the area.
ATTRACTIVENESS OF MARKET AND BUSINESS OPERATION
The nursery centre has since responded to a greater need of its environment and the community at large. Currently, the demand for childcare is high so much so that, it is at the top of the government’s agenda. According to the National Audit Office, there has been a steady decline in playgroup and preschool centres since 1997. This has amounted to a 22% decrease of childcare centres and has created a level of frustration for parents. Four out of ten parents report shortage of childcare facilities. Half of non-working parents say they would work if only they could find a reliable, qualified and affordable childcare centre.
The Montessori Nursery under consideration is well positioned to relieve some of the burden of this shortage. Within a 15 mile radius of the nursery, there are 25,600 families with children in need of childcare. The Nursery has the capacity to care for 70 pre-school children at the moment, in its 7,500 sq ft flexible space and also has access to secure enclosed outdoor play area.
The nursery has been running since (URL removed) nursery is open each weekday from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm for 51 weeks a year. The setting is registered on the Early Years Register and Montessori Education.
INVESTMENT AIM
Nathanael investment is seeking an investment of £300,000 to support the contribution of £250,000 already made. The investment needed would be used in acquiring the Nursery, securing the assets and the licence.
Investors are encouraged to take this wonderful financial opportunity with tangible non-risk returns.
The lump sum of every investment will be returned between 36 months and 48 months.
And the returns will be honoured for a total of 7 years, however if an investor agrees to leave the initial capital invested in the Business without withdrawing it back – then the returns on the investment will be ongoing for the life time of the Business.
The investment ranges from £50,000 to £300,000.
