By intelligently leveraging cutting edge technology, Royal Crown Clothing Co. will harness the power of Digital Garment Printing to allow custom shirt printing in production runs as small as one unit. The company was founded by Binoy Philip. The company is set up as a Florida L.L.C. Royal Crown Clothing Co. will have a comprehensive website that allows ordering to occur anywhere.
Imagine the ability to create a totally custom shirt. You choose the material and style of the shirt, and then the image or graphic you want on the front and/or back. This is the ultimate form of expression. There are no limits to what you can communicate. Some people might show their fanaticism for a particular sports team, others a musician. Or you might have a social message or cause on your shirt. Whatever you may decide, you can print any image on your shirt.
Royal Crown Clothing Co. will offer customers a variety of options for creating their own custom shirts. The majority of orders will be for t-shirts, however other style shirts will be available. Royal Crown Clothing Co. will use top of the line Digital Garment Printer that allows a computer image to be applied to a shirt in a high quality, high resolution, and economically feasible manner. This technology creates an image durable enough to withstand hundreds of washing. Its photo-like quality, due to significantly higher printer resolution than anything on the market, will show off any image. The technology is cost effective enough to offer customers the ability to order just one unit. Most other competitors' costs prohibit printing custom shirts in one-off production runs. Finally, the customer may choose from an extensive library of existing images, templates, supply their own image, or have an artist create an image for them.
Selling the products
Once the company is fully funded and established, there will be an unlimited number of sources to sell the products. Few of the sources are listed here.
1) Retail. On our website(s). This will offer the greatest profit margin per item. As much as 500% markup per item. (Average cost to put together one T-Shirt will be about $7.00. includes blank T-Shirt, ink cost and labor. Each personalized T-Shirt could sell for up to $35)
2) Wholesale. Great opportunity to work with retail stores all over the country. We will supply specially designed (copyrighted), clothing in larger quantities. Lower profit margin per item but will make it up by selling in quantity. Possible to set up deals with 1000's of retailers.
3) Affiliate or Franchise. This option will generate the most income for the business. Possible to make millions a year from this set up. There are tens of thousands of independent sales people all over the country, selling Mary Kay, Avon, Amway and other products that already have an established customer base. They all would like to make additional income without having to lay out any money out of pocket. In this scenario, we can charge them a small fee up front to set them up with their own website and provide few samples. All the customizable products and ready-made designs will be available for them to sell. Their clients, customers will order directly from their website and we will pay them a percentage of the sales at the end of the month.
4) Private Branding. There are thousands of small bands, musicians, comedians etc… that have a strong following of fans. They are not big enough to have their own clothing line but with the small order requirements that we will provide, they can create their own brand and sell their products on their website.
5) Charities and Fund Raising. There are so many charities and origination that are always struggling to raise funds for their cause. These may include, PTA, animal shelters, boys and girls scouts, school clubs, churches etc. We can set up partnership with them to help them raise money. Will set them up with websites and help them design custom logos, messages that they can sell on top of any other product/designs from our collection. Since there is no overhead and expenses associated with this set-up, it will be a win-win for both parties.
