We are looking for someone to partner with on short sale deals. I have so many properties but not enough $$$$.. Most banks want earnest money of $1,000-$5,000 down for contracts. I have POF and transactional funding but I just cannot make 5-10 offers a month and put 2-3 under contract without additional funding for these projects. I am looking at $20,000-$30,00 a month potential profit. If someone is willing to partner with me and put up the money. We will be in for a great ride.
