I have a high end Pizza concept that I just sold in suburban Chicago for an ROI of 280% and am looking to relocate and reinvent this concept in Southwest Florida where I also have years of Restaurant operations (multi unit) experience with Chipotle Mexican Grill. The Restaurant I just sold had net sales of $677K in 2018 and an owner benefit of $120K, both verifiable by tax returns. This was in a "B" location. An "A" location would immediately and significantly increase sales. My vision is to be the person who finally brings legitimately great Pizza to Florida and grow to at least 5-10 locations between Tampa and Naples with potential for endless growth from there. I am seeking an initial investment of $100K and am willing to invest up to $50K of my own money to start the first Restaurant where we can fine tune and streamline the concept for growth. Franchising this concept in the future is also very possible. This concept operates perfectly out of 1500-2000sf of space, keeping rent and other costs low. We will offer dine in (40-50 seats) carryout, delivery as well as corporate catering which will act as a business inside a business.
