Description: Custom Vacuum Solutions (CVS) will be a start-up company that will supply capital equipment to the US and Global markets. The markets we serve will cover a wide range of industries, including: · Aerospace · Thin Film Deposition · High Vacuum · Large Telescope Mirror Coating · In-line sputtering · Solar Cell Production · Photovoltaic String Reactors CVS will be an Engineer-to-Order company with expertise in the design, fabrication, integration and testing of custom turnkey industrial automated equipment. The strength of the company will be it’s engineering expertise in the mechanical, electrical and software fields to harmoniously tie together all aspects of each unique project to produce a fully automated, interlocked system designed to the specific needs of the customer. After working in the high vacuum field for 12 years, I’ve decided it is time to break from my current employer and start my own company structured to better serve the industry. I am planning to employ 8 people initially, 4 of which currently work with me now, and grow to 30 by year three. I am currently looking at locations with about 10,000 ft2 of space, 2,500 of which is office and the remaining manufacturing with options on an additional 20,000 ft2 over the next 2-3 years. First year Break-Even Analysis for the company will be approximately $1.4M. In order to get the company off the ground, including leasehold and improvements, office equipment, shop equipment, software and other miscellaneous start-up expenses, I am looking for investors to help finance this start-up venture. I am in the final stages of completing my business plan but first wanted to pass on this brief overview of my company to see if this is the type of company you would invest in. My financial statements are at the 90% complete stage, and waiting on final numbers based on the actual building and lease terms, I would be looking to secure $500,000-$600,000.
