Description:
Atlantic Film Studios is seeking partners/investors for a Major Film Studio Complex in South Florida. Studio will be sitting on 200+ acres of land with a mass amount of infrastructure to secure your investments. Due to the amount of construction, land, an other infrastructure involved, (i.e. studio buildings, hotel, etc.) Investments are secured by equity and infrasturcture. This film studio is being modeled after Universal City in LA and the Dubai Film Studio City in Dubai. Summary version of business plan available upon request. Exit strategy in place for buy out in 5-7 years. AFS has already partnered with PAS Media, Inc. to post over $100+ Million Dollars in Film Projects once studio buildings are in place.
