We are seeking funding for a commercial entertainment company centered around high-performance electric racing karts on professionally designed 1/4 mile indoor tracks. Our facilities will also feature state-of-the-art meeting rooms, banquet and party rooms, a concession restaurant, high tech arcade, resort-like customer service, and high-end décor; these indoor facilities will satisfy entertainment needs of adults and children alike.
The US market has the potential of sustaining over 800 locations (currently has only about 90) worth more than $960 million in track revenues profits. The US is currently less than 13% developed. We are entering the market in Minneapolis, MN where the entertainment market for 2006 was estimated to be $464 million. There are 19 Fortune 500 with a total of 50 large companies headquartered here. Over 1.4 million people in the twin cities within the focal demographic.
