My wife and I are real estate investors who buy and hold property for cash flow and long-term appreciation. I purchased my first property in 1986 and now we have have 13 units all with less than 10 years on the mortgages and with positive cash flow on all of them.
We know our local market very well and can identify a good deal within a few minutes. There are many good opportunities for investment in our locale and we are looking to purchase more property at a rate faster than saving up a 20% down payment on each opportunity will allow us due to the outstanding capitalization rate we can get in today's environment.
