We intend to use one-step distribution directly to National Industry retailers, franchises, pet stores, veterinarians, pet groomers as well as, direct to customers etc. Obviously, it has tremendously great International potential, there are over 600 million registered pets worldwide, but conservative projections generate $500 million in the USA alone, and not utilizing all distribution channels. We have completed R&D, prototype, projections, demo video, business & marketing plan, and related strategies, we just need to deploy. We have interest from QVC, Petco, BBBY and others. We don't have past financials, strong personal balance sheets, or usable FICO scores, but we do have commercial real estate property, with over $8 million in collateral or more. In addition, investor exposure would be limited because, we have an investment banking group in place for our second stage and we can offer a short term ROI/EXIT of 12-36 months for the project. In addition the initial use of proceeds will produce enough units to generate revenue that will retire and pay off in full the requested loan.
