Description:
My husband, his friend and I been involved in minor construction in India for over 2 years, as the Indian economy grew we came across opportunities to bid for haulage contracts, we bid and we won. We tried to raise capital for the implementation of the contracts from our savings but we did not have adequate funds.
We offer our future investors an 18% annual return on their investment. This would be secured in the ownership of the purchased trucks.
The return would be steadily paid back or as a “lump sum” after 3 years. The business is simple and transparent and we already own 2 trucks that are running and the business is “breaking even”. (We have a further 2 leased trucks).
The contract allows for the addition of another 16 trucks. We hope to achieve this growth in “batches” of 4 trucks. Each truck requires $60K to put it on the road; we plan to secure further financing with an Indian bank. For every $1 that we get from “private pockets” the bank would loan us a further $3.
Therefore, with $60K we can obtain $180K, from banks.
We can therefore acquire 4 trucks for every $60K investment. After paying bank interest of 13% and 2% (remittance costs ,forex fees e.t.c) we can return 18% to the investor.
We look forward to hearing from you and can provide any further information that you may need.
