“Project Self-Reliance” will offer transitional housing and affordable housing opportunities to disadvantaged, at risk families to provide a stable home environment while they begin to rebuild their lives. Receiving extensive training opportunities and supportive services, disadvantaged families realize their life’s calling and potential. We offer the only all-inclusive program in the area for the at risk, disadvantaged sector. This response
