Description:
Land Development for single and mulit family dwellings. Most of our projects are short term, meaning two years or less. We have concentrated on these type properties as it limits any possible downturn in the market. As your first project with us is completed, you will be offered the opportunity to either cash out or rollover your participation into the next property at your sole discretion. Additional opportunities will be made available first to established relationships. It is our intention to make sure that this is not the last investment that you will partner with our company.
