I and my sister would be starting an Oil and Gas Brokerage business. We already have one of the "Seven Sisters" of the Energy world clamoring at the door to do their work. They are pulling in all the work they have had with several outside firms to place with us. We also have the support of one of the most respected Title Opinion lawyers in the Dallas area who informed us that he would get us all the business we could handle. We have access to Superior landmen to run title on each survey we would be given. We would then negotiate the leases and write the drafts to the land owners. Our initial play field would be Texas and Oklahoma, with future prospects in Arkansas and Louisiana.
