Concho Valley Specialty Meats, LLC (“CVSM”) of San Angelo, Texas, will be engaged in two interrelated and synergistic businesses in the goat and sheep supply chain:
1. Purchase of Midwest Feeders, Inc. (“MFI”) a 35 year old order buying company owning a 22 acre feedlot immediately adjacent to the Producers Livestock Auction , the largest goat and sheep sale barn in the US; and
2. Construction and operation on that feedlot of a state of the art harvest (slaughter) plant with 1400 head per 8 hour shift capacity.
