We are an ethanol plant at the land purchase and permitting stage. The output -- 110 million gal/yr -- for the first of four plants at this location has been sold. The output for the second is in advanced negotiations and the corn for the two plants is under a supply contract. The project needs $10 million in 60 days to close on the land and start development/permitting. total cost for plant 1 is $250 million and plants 2,3 &4 are 4200 million each. Senior debt of $200 million for plant 1 is sold. Equity and/or sub debt totaling $50 million is needed. Much is available once permits are approved.
