Description: Charity Faith Ministries (CFM)is an organization formed to deal with the homeless, near homeless and low-income residents in the Denver/Aurora, Colorado geographic area. We anticipate expanding throughout the United States in the future. Currently, we are providing computer systems to aid low-income, homeless and/or near homeless residents who are attending school or college in an effort to better themselves. We also have a supply of clothing, which has been donated by various individuals to distribute to those who have need. Shortly, we anticipate opening a free prayer line where callers may call in to touch and agree with us for their wants, needs and desires or talk with someone who empathizes with their given situation. In the future: 1. CFM plans to acquire a multi-complex, multi-unit structure to house on a limited basis homeless, very low-income individuals, abused women and children, et al, 2. Provide a kitchen to feed, at least, dinner to homeless, near homeless or low-income individuals and families with an expansion to include breakfast at a later date, 3. Provide an onsite facility where homeless individuals may shower, use restroom facilities, exchange or wash their clothing in order to look for work, volunteer to help out, perhaps, at an nursing home for the elderly, assisted-living facility for handicapped individuals, et al, 4. Provide a food and clothing bank to assist those homeless, near homeless and low-income individuals or families who have need of them and may or may not be housed within our facilities, 5. Provide an exercise facility whereby homeless, near homeless and low-income individuals or families can assist their own health by attaining physical fitness, 5. Provide referrals to housing, food banks/kitchens, employment openings, educational/training resources, medical and dental partners, mental and/or spiritual counseling, consultations, drug and alcohol addiction programs and/or ministerial services, 6. Provide a community garden for residents, who are currently unemployed or mentally/physically unable to work traditional jobs, to farm the land raising food for themselves and the facility, supporting themselves, distributing the harvest to those in need and selling it to the community to support the facility, 7. Provide bus tokens or bus transport for those without transportation to established route/locations within the Aurora/Denver metropolitan area, and 8. Provide an onsite chapel for prayer and meditation.
