Description:
I am in the process of trying to obtain equipment and a location for a coffee shop. I will be buying the equipment from an existing coffee shop that is closing down due to the owner being overwhelmed by the business. I may be able to use the same location, however the property owner is considering leasing to a new tennant. In that case, I will look for a nearby location, so I can keep the current customer base.
