After 6 years of working at our franchise HQ (Fish Window Cleaning), I have purchased an existing franchise window cleaning business. It was was out of compliance to the standard operating procedures, and has a massive protected territory. It is currently at $140k in annual production. The company minimum performance standards dictate that the business grows to $750k in 4 years by contract. It can exceed this target and will do so, if properly managed and marketed. I have teamed up with another highly successful franchisee in this venture. We plan to grow this operation into a profit center to fund other franchise purchases. Our franchise system is very successful, if the operating system is followed. This is a solid business model and I am interested in securing additional funding to fuel its aggressive growth.
