Description: Greetings hopeful Investor, My Name is Benjamin Mainwaring and I am in the process of starting my company Mainwaring Enterprises. I am the sole owner and the only employee in my company. What I offer are affiliate services (sales of other company’s product for commission) and internet marketing services through a partnership with GILL Media. Currently I am seeking $15,000 in investment capital. What this investment will include is $10,000 for training and certification with GILL Media, and another $5000 to cover start-up costs such as registration with the state of Pennsylvania to form a LLC and initial marketing costs. From there the $10,000 to GILL Media will be refunded back to me as long as I make 10 sales in 90 days for them. I am expecting to be fully live by the first of January 2009 with expected first month profits of $2000 increasing 40% every month from there. This will work at a rate of 30% commission for every sale, at 6 sales a month, with an average sale of $4000 paid in full or on a three year term.
