My company, Guardian Prime, LLC, is looking for a seed capital investment of $250k in order to launch our Financial Services and Technology startup company. Guardian Prime specializes in enterprise reporting, fund administration, and trade management technology. Our target market is institutional fund managers in the futures industry: Commodity Trading Advisors (CTAs) and Commodity Pool Operators (CPOs). Our mission is to streamline and integrate trading workflows in the futures industry. Our Leadership Team has created an industrial design that will revolutionize the futures industry and introduce new game-changing technology institutional fund managers.
We're interested in equity funding that will be evidenced by preferred equity interests in the Company (Venture Capital, Angel, Private Equity).
The funds will primarily be used for Operating and Growth Capital (Software Licenses, Payroll, Sales & Marketing, etc).
