Description: I need someone to privately fund a mortgage loan. I am the seller. The buyers are renting my home, want to buy it, but can not get qualified for conventional financing. I AM NOT interested in any lease purchase scams like deeding the property to an investor "subject to" current mortgages. I am looking for the real deal investor that wants to fund a mortgage to the buyers at a solid rate of return like 8% on a 30 year amortization (with maybe a 5 year balloon) and pay off my loan balance, and cash the remainder of the sales price back to me. The home is in great shape and is worth 185k. I will sell it to the buyers for 175K. They have solid, fixed income and will pay their monthly payments. AGAIN, I am looking for the real deal investor to fund this transaction. Please do not waste my time with any other type of scam
