Caribbean Express International is being formed as a privately held, on-demand, air charter airline operating under Federal Aviation Regulations Part 135. It is our goal of this business plan to place into service a single Cessna 421C Golden Eagle and two Piaggio P.180 Avanti aircraft. The Caribbean Express International P.180 Avanti will be the only P.180 available for charter in the southeast United States and will be the premiere aircraft of our start-up operation. Initially, our services will provide air travel throughout the southeast United States, specializing in operations conducted throughout the Bahamas, the Caribbean and Latin America.
Phase II of our long-term fleet plan will consist of aircraft ranging from light corporate jets to long range, intercontinental jets.
