Description:
Beltfed Dynamics hopes to become a strong player in the cluster/grid computing market.
We have custom software allowing us to utilize our core cluster and use remote nodes (grid computing) to contribute their resources.
We aim to process data for other companies in need of massive amounts of computational power but yet don't need or want the expense of running a dedicated supercomputer or cluster system.
These clients can beneift from using our core cluster as well as utilize their own in-house computers such as office desktops and servers using the spare cycles on these.
90% of all desktop computers at any given time are using less than 10% of their cpu.
With the latest in hi-end equipment the initial cluster should compete in the Top500.
