I currently represent a group of companies that are roll-up acquisitions in China in the area of Green Technology and Water. Each of the roll-ups are at least 25% annual growth and have governmental support.
Our last completed transaction was in the Water industry for 30 million dollar acquisition completed by the end of 2009.
Our team has a strong presence in China with both local businesses as well as government.
We are seeking some private funding for a few of the roll-ups as well as some PIPE funding for the ones already public. All are aiming to be public by Dec 2010 if they are not already.
