Description:
The main vision of our company is to apply unique landscaping and home remodeling principles to foreclosed properties to substantially increase equity and then resell them on the market. The way that we will do this is by using xeroscape planning, a form of design in which all plant materials implemented are native to the specific planting zone in which we are operating in. We also plan on using western design principles such as Japanese water and rock gardens. Creative home remodeling that includes the most innovative and sought after interior design styles will be used as well, based upon feng shui design principles. We feel that by doing this, we can provide homeowners with a unique home and surrounding landscape that offers it’s own identity and feel to each respective homeowner.
