Description: TEKworkforce was started about a year ago and began with the idea of organic growth. TEKworkforce is a technical staffing company at its core. The original plan was to grow with the business and add additional staff on an as needed basis. The idea of changing our business model completely was in progress since inception. We have decided to try and secure additional capital due to the fact that the staffing industry is expected to grow almost 50% in the next 5 years and I want to make sure that we have the most marketable service offering and the ability to scale quickly. The idea that I would like to present hasn't been done and creates a huge advantage for us in marketability, cost to client, turn around time and depth of candidate pool. There is no other company out there with the approach that we want to take. All that I am asking for at this point is an audience to present this idea to with an open mind.
