We are a 4 month old, 30 seat, fast-casual restaurant located in Boston. We have the distinction of being the nation's "First Certified Green Fast Food Restaurant", and of being in the Top 5% of Certified Green Restaurants in America. As a result we have acheived a huge amount of regional and national press in all forms of media.
We serve only fresh/never frozen simple Americana food, much of which is locally sourced, and with each item producing a high margin/low food cost that will, combined with low labor costs enable us to project a 15-20% EBITA in this business. We will grow this concept to at least 10 units in the next 5 years.
