Description:
The current business for sale is a tanning salon on the Idaho, Washington border. It has been around for over three years, and is up for sale by the owner. The current owner owns two salons and cannot run them both by herself, so she offered to sell it to me. At one of her tanning salons she made over 90,000 dollars last year. The current location that she is selling is also supposed to double in residential housing in the within the next ten years. The current tanning salon for sale has new bulbs in the beds, and it has granite flooring and the potential to make a lot more then 100,000 in a year.
