Description:
Since 1995 I have worked with developers, designing renovations that transformed property, apts. etc. Ex: Rents for apts. went from several hundred to several thousands per apt. My focus now is to acquire properties of my own and design for myself. I have owned properties and have profited from those deals in the past. I need short term funding for purchasing and construction.
