Construction and operation of a gypsum plant.
The main idea is the production of construction materials based on gypsum located in Inderbor, Kazakhstan. Gypsum’s characteristics perfectly conform to the required parameters for production of a wide range of construction materials: the degree of whiteness, adhesion, durability and strength. We seek investments to produce plaster blocks for internal walls.
The plant is based on French equipment. The full line includes a gypsum vertical kiln, plaster crusher and a plaster block production line. Additionally, for installation of the equipment, we chose a base, held negotiations with the owners and finalized the price. The labor resources in Inderbor is rich of professional engineers with Moscow, Russian and Kazakhstan higher education since Inderbor used to be a workers' settlement that was built to serve the mine.
Gypsum is in dumps on the earth surface and therefore the mine costs are practically a penny. No drilling and blasting operations need to be done; hence, the costs of safety and labor protection are sharply reduced.
The project will significantly reduce unemployment rate among the local population. We are going to hire approximately 60 people. The average Kazakhstan family consists of five people; hence, the increase in average income will affect around 3000 people. We will show them modern Western technologies and train to work in modern industries. This will reduce the migration of population to big cities. That being said, our project has a multiplier effect on the local economy as local transport, catering, logistics, law and procurement companies will be our contractors.
8 770.7K sq. m of real estate will be constructed in West Kazakhstan until 2025, our products will reduce the cost of real estate construction and increase labor productivity. Our products are first on the local market, therefore, demand is high.
Reduction of long-term man-made heaps of gypsum on the surface of the earth which is inhaled in the form of dust by the local flora and population, will drastically decrease the harmful impact of the gypsum on the environment.
The project has a high potential for future expansion, such as the production of dry mixes and sanitary ware which is also not produced on the market of Kazakhstan.
