Description:
Started a tanning salon in Missour is 2005. W/in 8 months profitied $45,000 and was approached by buyer. Sold in October of 2005. That owner now wants to re-sell. I sold for $50,000 - wanting to buy back for $30,000. Current owner has spent an upwards of $50,000 putting in hair / nail / message / sauna. Equipment alone is probably worth $50,000. Business needs to be re-built and a new focus on "youth".
