Description: We have discovered that there is cancer resistancy in both animals and humans. We can now transplant this resistancy to humans and animals to CURE and prevent cancer Munogenics, Inc. (hereinafter “Munogenics” or “The Company”) seeks to commercialize new, ground-breaking discoveries in the risk-management, prevention and treatment of cancers in humans and possibly in pets. The Company strives to work in partnership with Wake Forest University (WFU) to create, manage and commercialize intellectual properties (IPs) associated with the ground-breaking discoveries that may soon reshape the landscape of how cancers will be treated and managed in the 2010s and beyond. The Company believes that it can deliver high returns on the initial investment for shareholders. This technology has been in research an development for over 8 years at Wake Forest University by Zheng Cui, M.D., PhD. and Mark Willingham, M.D. The technology is known as the GIFT process (Granulocyte InFusion Therapy). The FDA has given Munogenics an exception in filing the Investigative New Drug application. This means that the GIFT process can immediately go into human trials to prove the concept of this treatment. This will eliminate millions of dollars of expenditures and years of clinical research. The first human clinical trial is slated to start in August, 2007 at Wake Forest University. Munogenics has also developed an Cancer Killing Activity assay that will determine each individual's cancer resistancy. This will be used as a risk management tool to determine if an individual is susceptible to cancer or can be used as a donor to treat people with cancer. Munogenics will also develop a GIFT treatment for canines in the very near future. It is estimated that this treatment will be available in 2 - 3 years. Munogenics is ready to launch both the CKA assay test and the GIFT treatment. After the proof of concept is established for the GIFT technology the treatment will be available for all cancer patients without delay.
