My partners and I are officers in an Investment firm that is changing it's direction and products and mission....
At present are offering a our investors an opportunity to invest in Mortgage Backed Asset Funds. The creators currently have three funds (with a monthly cash flow) and an average return of 31.63% - in process NOW. The oldest (9mo. is returning 49%)the two others are less than 90 days old so they are affecting the avg of all three. We anticipate their returns to increase as they mature.
The creators are willling to let my partners and I fund our OWN - we are looking for an equity partner or investor for a two to three year term investment with monthly distributions and a return in excess of 20%. Right now the returns are running well above projections.
Upon proof of funds we can prove the performance cited above, we can verify assets, provide bank statements, deposit records - the works!
