Description: Nu Strata Logistics was formed to provide infrastructural, materials and logistical resources in Liberia, West Africa to support President Sirleaf’s Lift Liberian Poverty Reduction Strategy in the nation’s ongoing rebuilding effort. The Company’s Planned Services: The Company plans to provide private bus transportation services to greater Monrovia and throughout Liberia. The Company expects that its buses will carry up to 70 individuals, both sitting and standing, to specific locations on a regular basis. Because of the need for these services, the Company expects occupancy to be at 80% or more throughout operating hours. The Company will be cautious not to overload its vehicles, looking to consistently provide a comfortable riding experience for all individuals. The Company believes that its scheduled bus service will allow employees and students to arrive to work and school on time, improving productivity in businesses, government and classrooms. The Company believes that other benefits will include safer transportation for students and lessening the number of vehicles on the road.
