Description: GSI Securitization, a private Nevada corporation ("GSI"), provides financing for high quality government and commercial insurance company receivables held by select health care providers. GSI funds only ‘blue chip’ health care receivables at a typical discount of fifty percent (50%) and collects one hundred percent (100%). Gross margin ranges between forty to forty-five percent (40-45%). GSI has grown to $4MM in revenues by reinvesting profits. However, recent changes in the healthcare market have created significant demand for GSI financing services which can’t be met organically; GSI needs up to $10MM - in increments of $1MM to $3MM - to buy up to $20MM in net receivables over the next six (6) months. GSI offers investment partners (accredited investors only) up to thirty percent (30%) of the return (receipts less purchase price) on a project by project basis although it is open to other investment proposals.
