We have made good progress towards our goals for the 4th quarter and are looking to expand in 2010 to achieve our growth targets. Most of the deal making, production and development stage work has been completed and we hope to be profitable in 2010 as we expand to our larger scale productions.
We intend to do a $5million PPM equity raise in March 2010; 250 share units will be priced at $20,000 each. We are currently doing a $2million raise. The units are available at $15,000 each, with a discount on larger blocks being purchased. Over $1million has already been invested in the planning, building our strategic network, acquisitions, production and development costs. We have a film release in early 2010 and several TV show pilots in production that have great potential, accompanied by income from our other divisions.
