ELECTRIC CARS-1st mass production facility for "AFFORDABLE" NEV/EV's in North America. We are producing automobiles and minivans.
1) Prototypes being produced September 2008.
2) Production: 20,000 units per year, Planned:4000-4th Q, 2008
3) Have 10,000 interested buyers over past 8 weeks w/o traditional advertising.
4) Identified 1st production facility (real estate) in Philadelphia area. 2nd facility will be located in Southern California.
5) Number of production units depends on funds raised. For full production, we require USD $17 million ($12m + $5m cash reserve). Under discussion now w/several investors about USD $5 m initial investment for 10% stake w/option to increase equity contribution (USD $5m increments) for a maximum equity position of 40% of company stock.
6) Also discussing for the purchase and installation of renewable energy (solar orchard) charging stations in shopping centers, parking lots, airports and train stations, etc. Also developing individual charging unts for urban home owners.
