I totally forgot how I registered my business in 2007. Originally it was setup as an 8(a) certifiied business through the SBA as a contruction entity. Now, 5 years later I was wondering why I was getting emails that contained government bids. I set the business up while I was recovering from a stroke. Apparently I am still having memory losess.
