Description:
I have spent considerable time training and learning about today's market place and I am now ready to move into investing in real estate. I have 23 years as an active, award winning real estate agent experience that was mainly focused on single family homes. This makes me a stong leader in this field. I have chosen to target apartments and storage units for this venture. I am having an agreement drawn which will outline everyones duties and what can be expected from me as the principal running the business. I have located some areas that have outstanding and additional tax incentives for investors over and above the "normal" tax incentives for this type of investing.
