Description:
We just recently had acreage come out of the Crop Reduction Program (it is in native grasses) and have discovered that it is capable of supporting a lot more cow/calf pairs than we anticipated. We currently owe right around $70,000 on 80 acres with house and barn and would like to refinance for $100,000 in order to put up permanent (better/new) fences, purchase more cattle, etc. We would also like to pay off all debts with this and use one of our salaries from our "outside" jobs totally to pay back the loan within 4.5-5 years. A biweekly payment of $1,000 could be arranged with direct deposit into account of your choice.
