Description: CANADIAN ADVENTURE COMPANY HOLDINGS LTD. (CAC) SYNOPSIS Seeking financing of $6,000,000 Of which the first tranche is $2,000,000 Value estimates of CAC based on a 26 page report by an International Firm of Chartered Accountants and Business Valuators Current value of CAC is over $4M Fully completed value of CAC is over $12M Canadian Adventure Company Holdings Ltd. (“CAC”) is poised to become a world class provider of snowcat skiing and boarding in the winter, and a unique form hiking in the summer. Guests will stay in luxurious alpine lodges, built by CAC, and accessed by helicopter, in exclusive mountain locations of British Columbia, Canada, world-renowned for outstanding scenery and powder snow conditions. CAC will capture the currently vacant lead marketing position in snowcat skiing & boarding, and in a unique form of hiking. As founders of the snowcat skiing industry in 1979, and having been conducting its unique form of hiking since 1992, CAC management is uniquely qualified to lead CAC to that marketing position. Government Land Licenses are necessary, scarce, and worth millions. CAC owns a Land License and is positioned to obtain more. After several years of negotiations with the Government of British Columbia, CAC received an exclusive Land License in “Punch Bowl”, a world-class location N.E of Revelstoke, B.C. Punch Bowl includes five interconnected valleys and two glaciers – offering a truly “top of the world experience”. CAC has already constructed initial buildings as a base for construction of the first lodge at Punch Bowl. With receipt of the $2M first tranche of financing CAC will construct that first lodge and establish profitability. The remaining $4 Million would be drawn if needed to open additional lodges. Following the construction of the first lodge at Punch Bowl, CAC anticipates a strong demand and continuous growth in revenues and cumulative profits. In the first five years of full operations, CAC conservatively forecasts cumulative revenues of $13.9 million, and growing; and cumulative EBITDA of $4.8 Million, and growing. CAC’s detailed Corporate Profile and Financial Projections are available for review under protection of a NDNC Agreement.
