This store would cater to all things 'authentically' punk.
It would allow for a customer to come in and select a piece of clothing and alter it onsite. A DIY of punk clothing creation.
There would be 'stations' where someone can select 'pieces'(like patches or zippers or hardware) for their creation. A charge for the clothing item, each piece selected and assembly would be set at flat rates. There will be several sewing machines setup in the store. Employees will assist customers with sewing or assembly (branding, distressing, gluing, etc.) for an extra fee.
In addition, there would be boards (skate, long, snow and surf) and art from local artists on the walls for sale.
