Description:
Hi
I am looking for investments to complete purchase of properties for the purpose of refurbish and sale within 6 months. Each investment up to a sum of 35% of the actual value, circa £50,000. Renovation project management and costs are mine. I offer 50% off all sale profits, as high as 15% YOY return on investment, but on a shorter timeframe. My goal is to handle up to 18 properties a year.
