Five Lakes Investment is seeking private funding for real estate purchases. We buy residential properties in appreciating areas that are under market value and maybe in need of repair. The partners of our company have been real estate investors for over 10 years. We are looking for short term acquisition and construction loans secured by real estate. Terms we are interested in are 6-12 months, 12% to 16% interest only. We would also look at longer funding periods if the rates and terms were reasonable. The areas we buy in are areas that new subdivisions are not likely. Areas close to The Central Business Districts, Historic Districts, Universities and other high resale demand areas are our focus.
